The five-minute glow every bride should know.

Every bride asks for the same thing in different words: skin that looks like skin, only better. After nine years and a thousand faces, our answer fits in five minutes — provided the order is right.

1. Hydrate before anything else

Moisturiser needs sixty seconds to sink in, and most people give it six. Apply it first, then get dressed, then come back to makeup. That single pause prevents the patchy foundation we are asked to fix most.

2. Sheer base, strategic concealer

A thin layer of tinted moisturiser evens tone without masking texture. Then concealer goes only where shadows live — inner eye corners, beside the nose, the chin. Everywhere else, let your skin show.

3. Cream before powder, always

Cream blush and a touch of liquid highlighter melt into a hydrated base. If you must set, press a whisper of translucent powder through the T-zone only. Cheeks stay luminous; photos stay dimensional.

The full routine uses three products and one damp sponge. Practice it twice before the wedding week and it becomes muscle memory — which is exactly what you want when the morning is emotional.
