When you send a booking request, contact message or newsletter signup, we receive the details you typed — your name, contact information and anything you tell us about your event. We use it only to reply, plan your appointment and, if you asked, send the newsletter.

We never sell your information and never share it with third parties except the booking, payment and email tools that run this site. Photos from your session are published only with your written permission, given separately at your appointment.

You may ask at any time what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — write to hello@powderandpetal.com and we respond within 30 days.

This site uses a small number of cookies to work properly. Strictly necessary cookies keep the shopping cart, checkout and form protection running — the site cannot function without them.

With your consent, we also use basic analytics cookies that count visits and popular pages. They never identify you personally, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will keep working, minus the cart memory.

A booking is confirmed once we reply with availability and receive your deposit. The deposit comes off your final balance and is non-refundable, since your date is removed from sale.

Reschedule free of charge up to 72 hours before your appointment. Later changes forfeit the deposit; wedding dates cancelled within 30 days are billed at 50% of the package.

Please arrive with clean skin and tell us about allergies or sensitivities in advance — we patch-test at trials and will always recommend against a product we don’t trust on your skin. Prices on this site include applicable taxes; shipping for shop orders is calculated at checkout.
